Individual

Individual therapy, often known as psychotherapy, involves one-on-one sessions between a therapist and a client. It focuses on exploring personal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to address mental health issues, emotional challenges, or life transitions. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness approaches, aiming to promote self-awareness, coping skills, and personal growth.

TBI & ABI

Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy (CRT): Focuses on improving cognitive functions like memory, attention, and problem-solving through personalized exercises and strategies to enhance daily living skills. This therapy works collaboratively to support recovery and improve quality of life following TBI and ABI.

Child

Child therapy is designed for children aged 3 to 10 and often utilizes play therapy techniques. It helps children express their feelings, cope with challenges like anxiety or trauma, and improve social skills through creative activities. Therapists create a safe environment where children can explore emotions and develop problem-solving abilities, often involving parents in the process to foster support.

Family (coming soon!)

Family Therapy: Focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts within the family unit. It helps families understand dynamics and develop healthier relationships. We work towards strengthening family relationships, enhancing communication, and promoting collective healing and support.

Teenager & Adolescent

Teen therapy targets adolescents aged 11 to 17, addressing issues like identity, peer pressure, anxiety, and depression. It provides a safe space for teens to voice their concerns and develop coping strategies. Therapists often use a collaborative approach, incorporating techniques like CBT and narrative therapy to empower teens, enhance self-esteem, and promote healthy decision-making while involving family dynamics when necessary.

Trauma Based

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): Combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive interventions. It helps clients process traumatic memories, change negative thoughts, and develop coping skills. This therapy aims to help individuals understand and process their trauma, fostering healing and resilience.
